Should Primolut Tablets Be Taken Once Or Twice A Day?

Hi Doc,
I am a 49 yr old. May just be on the start of menopause. Only recently my periods have become irregular. Twice now alternate month, my period gets delayed and after the 10th or so day of a missed period, the gynae gave me Primolut to have 2 or 3 times a day for 5 days. I had it only for 3 days and stopped and on 3rd day I got my period. This time, the drug store gave me a Primolut Nor 10mg sying that I could have only 1 tab a day for 5 days. My question is 1 tab enough or should i have 2 tabs a day and for how many days so that I can get my period? Thank you.
