Should Revlimid Be Taken For Multiple Myeloma At An Elder Age?

I am 82yrs old, full of energy an full of life, I had a bone marrow biopsy and have multiply myeloma stage 1A and I took y first dose of zometa and had side effects for two days. Is it worth it at my age to continue this treatment every 4 weeks together with Revlimid?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have multiple myeloma. It has very poor prognosis. But revlimid is very toxic drug. You can use is at older age but it has many side effects. You should regularly check your blood count. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
