Should Thyronorm Be Taken At Fixed Timings?

hi, i am 20 weeks pregnant, from the first week I am taking Thyronorm 25 mcg. I used to take it in the morning 7.00 am and breakfast after 1/2 an hour but now now i have changed the time, now i am taking it 5.00 am in the morning and sleep for an hour after taking it. Does it create any problem to my baby/pregnancy? From the 17th weeks i used to feel some baby movement but now i rarely feel this therefore i am so much afraid for my baby, please help me.
