Should A Bone Graft Or Metal Plate Be Inserted Having Ameloblatoma?

My husband has been diagnosed with ameloblatoma. They say it is large but we are unable to find any doctors in our area that does the surgery. We are told he will have to have a bone graft or a metal plate. Can you tell me if there are any doctors in the Joplin MO area that specializes in this surgery
