Should A Decreased Foetal Movement Be Of Concern?

Good Morning, I was put on bed rest yesterday with low amiotic fluid, only 5cm and told to drink lots of water. I have been doing as told however I have noticed a major decrease in fetal movement. There is still some but not like before. Is this normal?
