Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Pressure Behind The Eyes Along With Dizziness?
Hi! My father is experiencing pressure behind his eyes and dizziness. We recently took a trip to Florida, where the pressure and dizziness stopped. We live in Colorado, so could the symptoms have something to do with elevation? I'm just worried about my dad. Should he go to the emergency room, or just a doctor?
I think you should consult an ophthalmologist at least when he has any increased intraocular pressure. Dizziness is caused by problems in balance maintaining systems. If it is vertigo, then I would recommend you some postural exercises for the same.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
