Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Pressure In The Sinus And Popping Sensation In The Ears?

ear popping & cracking when I lay down also sometimes feels like a bug is crawling inside my ears. I am also suffering from allergies now too. I started taking claritin and I have sinus pressure, I am using a saline spray. Should I make an appointment with my PCP? last year I got very sick from similar situation don t want to get that sick again. Thanks for advise.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from Acute rhinitis with sinusitis with ear block.
Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, smoking and alcohol intake.
Use decongestant medication like tablet Sinarest twice a day for five days. Use tablet Amoxiclav twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine the nose through endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
