Should A Painful Lump After Hurting The Leg Be Of Concern?

I hurt my leg about 2 hours ago, and it bruised almost immediatly, and turned into a lump, it hurt quite a lot at first, but then the pain seemed to go away. However now, the lump has gotten a lot bigger and my leg has also swollen, and it is a lot more painful to the point it hurts to walk, is it something a little more serious than just a painful bump?
