Should A Person With A Pacemaker And Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Be Concerned?

My mother has a pacemaker. It is set not to go below 70 beats per minute. Currently her blood pressure is 81/51 with a pulse of 90. She also has an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, and currently has very strong, visible heart beats showing in her mid-abdomen. Should we be concerned?
