Should A Person With Heart Ailment Refrain From Intercourse?

I recently had a heart failure earlier this year and have been put on medication to regulate it. I have refrained from sex for over 12 months, till recently. In that I became breathless and was scared and stopped immediately. Should I be worried about this?

It depends upon what your ejection fraction is,untill you indulge in a marathon sex,you've nothing to worry about if it lasts for a few minutes,unless your ejection fraction is very low.
