Should A Water Filled Bubble On Eyelid Be Popped?

Hello, I have a water filled bubble at the end of my left eye lid, it's not in my tear duct but directly on the other side where my eye waters. It's pretty big and seems to be filled with water, so I was wondering if I can just put a hot compress on it, put a qtip by my eye and just pop it with a needle. Would that be a possible option?

Hi. In my opinion with the description you are providing its most likely a cyst of the tear duct. Hot compress can help in popping it but I will advise against popping it with a needle. Its dangerous as you could hurt your eyes with it. If the hot compress does not help then go to an ophthalmologist but don't attempt to pop it yourself
