Should Antibiotics For Bartholin's Cyst Be Continued After Fluid Discharge From Cyst?

hi, i am 6 months pregnant and i got diagnosed by my gynaec of having a bartholin cyst... she gave me some antibiotics... after taking it for 2 days , some fluid started discharging from the cyst and the pain was automatically over ... i want to know that should i finish the dose she prescribed as the fluid is coming out now also, and i want to be assured that the problem subsides...
