General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you can get it reviewed by neurosurgeon or spine surgery specialist. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with gabapentin or tramadol can be used for symptomatic relief. Avoid heavy weight lifting and postural disam-stability may be avoided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
