Should Bumps On Head Of An Infant Be A Cause Of Worry?

hi i want to know what should i do / i have a 9 months baby and he falls on his head a lot and he has bumps/nots on his head that been there since we fell down the stairs his doctor said it was ok and i just want a second opinion about cause he still fall down on his head.
