Should Constipation After Termination Of Pregnancy Elicit Worry?

My name is Alisha I am 28 years of age.
I just had a termination done my bleeding has stop but since then I have had conspition, after bleeding completely stopping I've been going to the loo frequently at nights. I'm really worried whats going on.

You do not need to worry because constipation is very common during and after pregnancy ,as a result of:
high levels of progesterone hormone
digestive system slows down
unbalanced diet
To alleviate constipation you need to :
drink 8 full glasses of fluids per day
eat foods rich in roughage or fiber
take stool softeners and laxatives
exercise to stimulate your bowel
go to the bathroom as soon as you feel the urge.
