Should Emolene Be Continued?

I have an dark spots around my mouth , ashfaq was treated me on the basis of pigmentation till 1 + year long with emolene and other mixture ,now as i stopped using the same ...the dark spots has reverted back very much with more blackishness .Could you please suggest me whtehr i should trust ashfaq ,or go to another doctor as he says the treatment for the same takes very long time.....?

Hi.
As per your case-history we need to firstly diagnose the condition. Apply skin-lightening cream will only give temporary relief.
Most common cause of such spots is vitamin b12 deficiency.
My treatment advice-
1. Take tab.Vitamin b12 1500mcg once at night.
2. Use kojic acid cream like kojifair/kojivit twice daily.
3. Avoid sun-exposure and use a sunscreen lotion daily once in morning.

Use treatment for 6-8 weeks, it will resolve. If condition persists then consult a dermatologist.
