Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
The relationship between acne and diet is very controversial. However, if your are very prone to develop acne, it is better to reduce milk and milk based products as these contain insulin -like growth factors which could worsen acne. It is also better to avoid cheese, fired foods and foods containing high sugar content ( sodas, potatoes, starchy vegetables). There is no direct evidence that a particular type of fat worsens acne. It is good to consume omega -3 fatty acid containing food like flax seeds, walnuts and oily fish.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
