Should Hoarse Voice And Clogged Nose In An Asthmatic Child Be Treated?

My daughter has had a stuffed nose for a few days but recently developed a really hoarse voice. She is 4 years old and was diagnosed with asthma at a young age . She takes albuterol breathing treatments. My question is should I give her a treatment ? She seems winded when she talks and when she cries her voice sounds more hoarse She has never had this before. Thank you
