Should Hysterectomy Be Done For Uterine Fibroid?

Hello, my name is Erica, I am 42 years old. My OBGY Doc. told me I have Uterine fibroid. I had Ultra Sound on June 29, and I did MRI this Monday, found out I have three Uterine fibroids. One of fibroids is 6cm, located left side of Uterus(outside). I don t know exactly other two fibroids are located, but my doctor believe that I still should be able to do UAE ( Ultra Artery Embolization) for treatment. I researched about it, only 50 % will be improve , but it will come back in a few years. I am not sure about this treatment. To me is very temporary treatment, shouldn t I remove complete Uterus? I have history of Ovarian cysts surgery (twice) back in 1995 and 1998. I know Doctor concerned about hormone balance after surgery, but I am worried about also after UAE. It has been almost two months since I found out , and processing is so long and I am frustrated and worried. Do I really worth to try UAE?
