Should I Be Concerned About Boil Filled With Pus On My Penis?

I am 16 years old and 3 days ago a small boil like substance formed on my penis. I am not sexually active. However this did form after a visit with my girlfriend. At best she grazed over it once or twice. 20 minutes ago it had burst and out came puss a decent amount of blood....I am a little afraid

It seems to be bacterial infection of the skin. Nothing to worry about. Apply topical antibiotic like Fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily.
