Should I Be Concerned About My Mother's Nausea And Weight Lose?

please help my mom, she is 92 and according to her doctor she is in remarkable health . her problem is nausea to the point she has lost severe weight over a two month period she is now in the process of weaning herself off of predizone ?? that she has been on for years her doctor cannot find what is wrong with her every time she eats a few bites of food nausea sets in she has lost so much weight she is literally wasting away .the doctor checked all her vital signs her blood looked down stomach and cannot anything , and has run out of things to try, gave her meds for the nausea but it does not help . can you ?

Weight loss in 2 months at this age can be significant , especially from point of view of a malignancy.
I need to know , for what problem was she taking prednisolone?
Prednisolone is a steroid , and can cause severe gastritis , ulcers in stomach , leading to nausea , vomiting and acidity.
Also get her blood sugars . calcium levels tested.
Infact at this age , and with such symptoms , i advice a complete evaluation , by physical examinations and a set of all routine investigations.
