Should I Be Concerned About Spreading White Patch On The Left Eyebrow?

i have white patch on the left eye brow started spreading for the last 2 months. there is itching .even the hair is falling from the eye brow. i feel that it is spreading to my right eye brow also. one doctor suggested eumosone -m and another docter suggested fluticasone BP creams .kindly give your advice which i should follow. or what do you suggest.kindly do the needful. i donot have money.however suggest.

Hi,

It may be vitiligo most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus lotion 0.03% on the patches thrice a day till the normal colour achieved. Avoid trimming or pricking the eye brow hair.
