Should I Be Concerned As I Am Getting Periods Again?

I took Plan B the day I finished my period, which was October 27th. I normally get my period during the 22nd of every month... But after 5 days of finishing my period I am menstruating again. Is this normal? Or is something wrong going on in my body...
