Hello
It seems from the history that you had a fall and hit against a concrete slab following which you are having black eye and a knot on the eyebrow. Black eye is because of impact of the injury causing bleeding from a broken vessel. The knot you are having can be because of hematoma and as your doctor has told this will subside over few days and treatment may not be required. Application of cold compress may provide better symptomatic relief.

Thank you
