Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Light Headedness, Pain In My Heart And Hurts To Breathe After Hitting The Back Of My Head?

Hello, I hit the back of my head hard from skating earlier, I felt like passing out when it happened, I felt light headed and I felt a pain in m heart. Everytime I try to stand up I still feel light headed and it hurts to breathe. I get these pains on my head but they go away shortly. Is this a concussion?

hello,
It can be due to head injury, may be concussion. You should not ignore the symptoms anymore & if possible visit a neurologist.
Getting a CAT scan head is usually recomended but if needed the doctor may advice some more tests.
A thorough neurological examination is important before giving any medicine.
Avoid taking any sedative / alcohol for sometime.
Wish you speedy recovery.
