Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Minor Headache After Hitting?

Hello i was weightlifting and the barbel came down on the back of my neck. It felt fine afterwards and when it happened, i would say only little stiffness, but ive had a minor headache/ dizziness all day. Is this cause for concern? It has been 10hrs since event no different feelings.

Hello & Welcme to HCM,

I had gone through the case and if headache , dizziness increases along with vomiting then go for X-ray of cervical and CT scan of brain.

Otherwise do not worry ,take Tablet Dispirin and apply muscle relaxant ointment.
