Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Occasional Tingling And Light Pain On My Right Breast?

I recently had a mammogram and called attention to the radiologist about my flatten nipple, which appears to be harder than my left breast. She asked if I had redness or secretion on that breast and after the answer being no, she replied it was all okay. The mammogram was negative, but I am still concerned about it, as I have occasional tingling, light pain in that breast. Should I be concerned?
