Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Pain, Tingling And Numbness In The Back Of My Head With Neck Stiffness?

For a few months now I have been having pain in the back of my head with neck stiffness, I went to the ER one day because the back of my head was tingling and numb feeling. It went threw my whole body and I couldn't walk and my brain was foggy. Recently I have this throbbing pain on my left side toward the back of my head. It is inside this invention that I have never noticed before. Some days our worst then others. ER told me it was a migraine, but it isn't really a headache and I am not sensitive to light, noise or smell.
