I had my sed rate level checked a month ago and it was 47. Due to my level, the doctor tested me for lupus which came back negative. Today, I had my sed rate rechecked and it is down to a 34. I know this is still elevated but it a 34 something to be very concerned about?
I dont think so, esr is a non specific test for inflammation, unless you have some symptoms clinically, there should not be any problem. otherwise the best thing would be to get your crp tested which is more specific for inflammation
