Should I Be Worried About A Knot Near The Adam's Apple?

I have a small asymptomatic knot or ball rather localized near my digastricus region or slightly left of my Adams apple, I am not sure what it is. I do smoke, not heavily. I am a 22 year old male In good physical shape. Is this something I should be concerned over?

i think there is nothing to worry if its not painful or very hard or is increasing in size . If you want to be 100 percent sure consult ENT specialist nearby and if he feel necessary get ultrasound neck and FNAC of the swelling and come back to me with reports . thank you
