Should I Be Worried About Abnormal Haemogram Report During Pregnancy?

I AM 28 WEEKS PREGNANT. I GOT THE REPORT OF HAEMOGRAM today. As my doctor will not be present for next 2 days . i am little worried for my report. RED cells : haemoglobin 10.8 g/dl haematocrit 29.9% MCHC 36.1 g/dl DIFFERENTIAL WBC COUNT : Neutrophils 75.8% Lymphocytes 16.2% Above issues are not in normal given reference range. That is why i am little worried. Can you please advise me details. I will be helpful

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The hemoglobin level is on the lower side. However, this is normal during pregnancy since, there is dilutional or physiological anemia during pregnancy.
The hematocrit increases or decreases with the hemoglobin concentration.
The MCHC value is also within normal limits.
It is difficult to comment on the differential counts of neutrophils and lymphocytes without knowing total leukocyte count.
Kindly, post the total leukocyte count also.
