Should I Be Worried About Applying A Pain Relief Cream On My Stomach During Pregnancy?

I'm six months pregnant and was applying a muscle pain relief cream to my shoulder that I was told was safe- I accidently got some on my stomach and it's feeling a bit icy hot... Should I be worried?! I have been trying to wash as much as I can off & I am feeling her kick as normal please help ASAP!

1) It is ok to apply the cream.

2) If pain is not much take rest and see if pain goes away.
