Should I Be Worried About Having Pain In Abdomen If I Used To Take IV Drugs?

Hi my alkaline phosphatase level is 144 and my ast level is 42 and my atl level is 59 I have pains in my abdomen and im worried what this could mean I just got blood work and asked to be tested I m negative for HIV and all the heps my hep c level is 0.1 which is negative but im worried from my past IV drug use thanks for your time I would appreciate your advice

Welcome to HCM.
The values which you have mentioned are not significantly raised. No active medical intervention is required at this level. I would advice you to get bilirubin levels checked.
If yiu have quit your iv drugs in recent past, the enzyme elevation may be due to that. It will subside on its own.
You need to avoid fatty diet and any other drug of abuse in future.
