Should I Be Worried About Headache After A Dog Bite?

Hi,

I was bitten in the leg by my family's dog earlier today. My mother is a retired nurse and treated it at home by cleaning it with soap/water, followed by a peroxide rinse and bandage.

It continues to bleed and I've been feeling nauseated and am developing a headache. Should I be concerned.

You should have rabipure injection taken 1 ml in your arm for atleast 3 doses On day 0 3 7 & watch for dog if he is alive no need to take further injection
on day 14 But take a dose on 28th day.
as far as bleeing is concerned i would suggest you to get your wound cleaned & dressed as its still bleeding & if its more than 24 hrs than you can get it stitched after taking Immunoglobulin injection in local area.
But i think you would need to get to nursing home for that.
