Should I Be Worried About Lump Next To Soft Spot On Head?

My baby fell off my bed onto tile floor and hit right next to his soft spot pretty hard, there is now a soft lump next to the soft spot. I m not sure if he was uncontouse because I didn t see him fall. So he could have had a second where he was out. He doesn t seem to be acting differently. Do I need to take him in just incase of internal damage?
