Should I Be Worried About My Ears Blocking Every Time Inhale Through Nose?

Dear Doctor .
Every time I inhale through my nose , my ears blocks , so I get forced to fiercely exhale through my nose to reopen my ears ( So i can hear clearly at least ) .
At first i thought its a normal thing , but during my every day exercise , its getting really annoying .
So is it really a normal thing ? Or is it something to worry about ?
Please and thank you for your time .

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Nasal congestion or sinusitis can cause blocking of auditory tube. Treating the congestion or sinusitis if present will help to clear this. Better to have a consultation with ENT specialist to rule out this and to manage it. Using nasal decongestant sprays like Xylometazoline (Otrivin) will be helpful to get relief from this. Taking chewable vitamin C daily is good to boost your immunity and get resistance from getting upper respiratory infections and inflammations.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
