Should I Be Worried About Pus Filled Bumps In Scrotum Area Or Is This Normal After A Shave?

Hi I noticed a few days ago after shaving my scrotum area that I got three medium size bumps there. The razors were new so I favored those out. I'm not sexually active and of course as normal men, masterbate time to time. But when I popped about 2 of the 3, a whiteish puss came out then blood after it. It did a itch before I popped them a little bit, mainly in the cold outside. But should I be worried or is this normal after a shave?

Hi. This has occurred due to minor injuries undergoing infection and turning into abscess. You have already popped 2.
Apply liquid Betadine ( povidone iodine) locally. IF the infection is not getting settled you may take few antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Apply liquid betadine before and after shaving.
One should ideally trim the hair in this area, applying razor is not a good idea in this area as the skin is corrugated and does get easily hurt.
