"i am 20 years old , i just had some exercise like gym workout. but at some issue i just masturbated my self and i ejaculated , but i noticed that i saw small blood spots in my sperm , like 3 or 4 blood drops . im worried about this . please help me out" and im male

Hi
Blood in semen can occur due to multiple causes and in this age it is unlikely to be due to anything serious. Please get your urine tested for infection, get an ultrasound of testis and KUB and a blood test called PSA. If these are normal then you do not have to worry. It will subside by itself.
