Should I Be Worried About The Drop In Neutrophils And A1c?

over 6 months, my neutrophils have gone from 4132 to 9782. My a1c went from 7.2 to 8.4, I lost 8 pounds, I was 205 lb. I expected the a1c to go down with weight loss. I am a diabetic that went from type 2 to type 1 7-8 years ago. Do these tests mean I should do something?

Diabetologist 's  Response
the normal level for WBC is 4000-11000/cu.mm. So you dont have to worry, just monitor for neutrophil count after 3 months. You definitely need to work on your A1c values. Monitor blood sugars and fine tune treatment.
