General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the throat infection secondary to the viral infection or allergy.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I, for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, and paracetamol.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
