hi, i got kicked in the ribs on breast 4 days ago, i was winded at the time and got better, had a little discomfit the last couple of days but today am finding it hurts to breath in and when i put pressure on the arm on the side that it happened. should i be worried or will it go away in time

I have gone through your query. It seems that you have musculoskeletal injury at the affected site. There is no need to worry about that and it will go away with time. Try some breathing exercise like deep and slow respiration. Along with it you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen. If your pain increases with time, you can go for a chest x-ray to confirm if there is fracture or not.
