Should I Be Worried About The Sore Temples And Headaches?

I've been really stressed the past week. Yesterday I discovered my right temple vein popped out. This never happened to me before. A couple days ago my temples were SO TENDER. Now I get headaches frequently. Is this something I should go see my doctor about?

yes , you should go to your doctor as these symptom can be due to stress or temporal arteritis ( a disease more common in older age group ) , but you did not mention your age , so i am giving it a possibility if you fall in that age group. if you are young then it is unlikely.
