Should I Be Worried About The Stiffness And Pain In Hand After A Bee Sting?

Hello, I got stung by a bee a few hours ago on the palm of my hand. I took the stinger out and washed it with Dawn dishsoap and water when I got home. I cannot see the hold from the stinger anymore and there is not much swelling but my hand has gotten progressively stiffer and hurts to move. Is this bad?
