I fell backwards and hit the concrete at the end of last week...my right foot was a little sore...but that is all...over the weekend,..I noticed a bump at the end of my clavicle...it is on the right side of my body...where I fell...will the swelling go down?

Hi.
From history it seems that there might be having fracture near end of clavicle which is common site for fracture.
Go for X-ray chest AP view to know the fracture.
If fracture is there then consult orthopedic surgeon for treatment.
Ok and take care.
