Should I Be Worried After Having High WBC And Neutrophils In Blood?

I was wondering how concerned I should be about having high white blood cell count over past 2 months ( 13 range) with the absolute Neutrophils being high. I have consult with hematologist/oncologist next week. Rheumatologist seemed very concerned. Thanks

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Usually elevated total count with increased neutrophils is seen in a bacterial infection. You should rule out a focus of infection first. Hope this helped,
Take care.
