Should I Be Worried As A Pregnant Woman About The Pain When My Babies Kick When On Metronidazole?

am 19wks pregnant with twins, my lower belly hurt through the week end mostly when baby kicks. I also had a lot of discharge. went to see my doctor on Monday he said I had an infection and I was put on metronidazole. Tuesday the discharge became yellowish and thick. today its light pink am itchy and it burns the pain when babies kick has increased. my question is should I be worried or is this part of my infection?

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. It could be due to infection. If you get intermittent pain abdomen you need to be worried. Ideally its better to get a vaginal swab to diagnose specific infection and for the exact treatment.
