Should I Be Worried As I Am Getting Small Chest Pain?

Hi I have felt small chest pains for a couple of days lately, comes on intermittently, and not really painful. Tonight I was having it every few seconds. It s a dull pain, and it seems to be mostly my right side, though a few times on the left. Should I be worried? I m 20 yrs., female, 145 lbs.
