Should I Be Worried As I Am Having Back Pain, Cramps And Abdominal Pain During My Pregnancy Period?

Iam 39weeks 2days pregnant and l am still working office work 8hrs .i have back pain, cramps on ma legs and abdominal pains and my feet swell..l also feel restless at night and almost always tired. what effects does this have on me and the baby .should l be worried

Hi, thanks for using HCM.

These symptoms are common near term pregnancy. swelling in feet should disappear after sleep, if not need to consult your doctor. Not to worry.
