Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

These may be fordye spots which are otherwise normal structures , just the enlarged apocrine glands. But evaluation is required to rule out for herpes labialis which is a viral infection characterised by fluid filled lesions.

As per details, this is my best advise for you. You may discuss this with your treating doctor.
If you have any further query, you may ask me.
Good luck.
