Should I Be Worried As I Am Having Swollen Eye Lid And Blurred Vision For Hours?

I have been waking up with a very runny nose and eye (both always the left). My eye lid is swollen (puffy) but not closed. Blurred vision for hours and then finally it will just be gone. I'm trying to figure this out. I did ask my doctor years ago and was told it was nothing. It obviously is or I wouldn't have asked about it. Is this something I should be worried about? Thank you kindly for your response.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swollen eyelid and blurred vision affecting the left eye.
Since you are also having running nose these symptoms can be because of chronic allergy.
Swollen eye lids can be the cause for blurring of vision secondary to the pressure exerted by them over the eyes.
Hence I advice you to undergo proper evaluation by a eye doctor for appropriate treatment accordingly.

Thank you
